Jessica “Jessie” Wilkins was born and raised in St Thomas, to two hard-working government employees. After graduating from Eudora Kean High School, she earned her Business Management degree from Columbia Southern University. Jessie was then offered the unique opportunity to work as a civilian contractor during Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. She trained local Iraqi nationals with the U.S. military in aviation logistics. After leaving her civilian contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan, Jessie returned to the VI. She has not only obtained her real estate license in the VI, but also in Georgia, Dominican Republic, and Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

 

Jessie has formed partnerships with agents, brokers, and developers in Central America and the Caribbean, including Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, and Dominica. Clients seeking hidden gem vacation rentals, investment properties, or property management should contact Jessie. Jessie is also the proud owner of Passport Properties, a full real estate concierge service here on the island of St. John. Jessie is the soccer mom of a brilliant 11-year-old boy, who has been her world travel buddy on more than one occasion. Outside of real estate, she is passionate about tending to their homestead garden, supporting the local community through volunteerism, and spending time on the beach with family and friends.
