MARGARET LABRENZ serves as office manager and has a wealth of real estate knowledge and "living on St. John" information to offer. She and her late husband, Jim Labrenz, relocated to St. John from Ohio in 1977 and founded Cruz Bay Realty in 1985. They built the first house in Estate Fish Bay, appropriately called "Goodbye Columbus." Subsequently, they built two more homes in Fish Bay, then constructed their Klein Bay home where Margaret currently resides. Margaret is very active in community affairs, is the past president of the St. John Historical Society, charter member of the St. John Board of Realtors, St. John Singers, Director of Klein Bay Homeowners Association and a member of Audubon Society and St. John AARP. TAMMY POLLOCK has lived on St. John since 1978. Prior to earning her real estate brokers license in 2000, Tammy worked for many years as a restaurant manager and a vacation rental home manager on St. John. She is also the former owner/builder of the “Tennis Villa” and has experience in the construction and development field. Tammy has served on the St John Board of Realtors for seven years; two terms as President, a Board member of the Fish Bay Owners Association, Past President of the St. John Antilles Parent Association, and supports many other community service organizations. Tammy is the mother of two children who were born and raised on St. John; Valerie, is a graduate of Florida Southern College & is currently working as an athletic trainer for NC State in Raleigh, and Zachary, is a junior at Calpoly. Tammy has gained the respect of customers and clients who recognize her dedication, hard work, honesty and knowledge in real estate. Tammy prides herself in providing excellent customer service.
SUSANNE KIRK, a Peter Bay property owner since 1994, has the experience to help you navigate the upscale St. John real estate market to make win-win transactions for both buyers and sellers. Susanne is committed to providing quality service, along with extensive knowledge of building, renting and market trends. Originally from Wilmington, Ohio, Susanne earned her Ph.D. in education and was a college professor at Xavier University in Cincinnati before making St. John her home. Susanne serves as the chair of the Peter Bay Architectural Review Board, as well as a board member of the St. John Animal Care Center and is involved in other community service organizations.
